The beginning of the video is hilarious! Jakob didn't expect a second singing of Happy Birthday to him by a fraction of the crowd, but EVERYONE sang it again later in the show when they brought the cake! (The second singing of Happy Birthday with the cake is not in this video.) Instead, it is replaced with one of the songs being performed, and before that, we just hear about no more than 75% of the audience singing Happy Birthday to Jakob and then him telling them that they should sing it again later in the show with EVERYONE singing! They did!
