Jonathan Winters, the legendary comic who was dubbed a pioneer of comedy and inspired many of today's comedians and actors, has died. He was 87.
The full story on Winters' death can be read here: http://tv.msn.com/tv/article.aspx?news=802153
I remember when I was in fourth grade, every student (except me, due to the fact I divided my time between my regular fourth-grade class as well as my multi-handicapped class) was asked to do a report on a famous Ohioan. One student, Chris Hicks, was assigned a report on Jonathan Winters. This is what introduced me to the comical groundbreaker. About nine months later, I was watching a holiday TV special called "Frosty Returns", and as I was watching the opening credits, it said it starred Jonathan Winters as "the storyteller". My favorite part from that special with Winters in it was when a small Winters drank Coke from a straw, and he said that drinking Coke would help him focus.
Nearly 12 years later, I stumbled upon a list of male celebrities along with their respective underwear preferences, which came upon by accident when I was googling "jakob dylan chest hair". I saw a link for a "celebrity boxers or briefs list" which said that Jakob Dylan (whom I was looking for to see an image of him at least shirtless and exposing chest hair) preferred "boxers or briefs". (Since they changed the list, adding new celebrities and removing old ones to the list, as well as updating preferences of those already on the list, Dylan's preference on the list hasn't changed, although I am guessing he only wears boxer briefs now). Jonathan Winters was on that list with his preference being boxers. I believe he and his preference were added when the site discovered an article on the 75th anniversary of the invention of the men's brief, and added a link to it. That article said that Winters preferred boxers, as well as actor Alec Baldwin and comedian Tom Arnold. Another man in that article listed as a celebrity that wore boxers was actor Jason Priestley, who recently changed his preference to boxer briefs. Before then, long after watching "Frosty Returns", I'd forgotten about Jonathan Winters.

The astronomical history maker had underwent heart surgery weeks ago and recently celebrated his 82nd birthday. According to a statement, he had passed shortly after complications resulting from cardiovascular procedures.
I remember visiting the Neil Armstrong Air and Space Museum in Armstrong's hometown of Wapakoneta, OH, (just miles south of my hometown of Lima) twice on field trips as a kid, and I am not sure what the museum will do in light of his death.
Guess which six of them? Watch this video and find out!
In September 2006, a young teen with cerebral palsy who was a huge fan of the Wallflowers got to meet his idol, Jakob Dylan!!
Check it out, with a radical video seen here:
Jakob Dylan on the Adam Carolla Show:
I finally got to see this commercial for the first time in nearly 15 years and I hope to have a rockin' burger with pickles and onions and a side of onion rings and a chocolate shake!
This commercial used to creep me the fuck out as a kid, and now I've finally conquered my fear of watching it!
I thought this ad scared me, but I had no fear. Enjoy.

The beginning of the video is hilarious! Jakob didn't expect a second singing of Happy Birthday to him by a fraction of the crowd, but EVERYONE sang it again later in the show when they brought the cake! (The second singing of Happy Birthday with the cake is not in this video.) Instead, it is replaced with one of the songs being performed, and before that, we just hear about no more than 75% of the audience singing Happy Birthday to Jakob and then him telling them that they should sing it again later in the show with EVERYONE singing! They did!
